FARE CONDITIONS
All sailings are subject to availability. Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the sailing departure, are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, are non-refundable. A multi-pass is valid 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for up to two passengers per journey. Monthly Passes are valid for walk-up travel only, meaning they cannot be used to make reservations for specific times. Monthly pass holders must board on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. See our full terms and conditions here.
*Waiheke Locals Day is a special same-day return offer for Waiheke residents. Please book online or available to purchase at the Waiheke end, and note once booked you can not make any changing to this booking.
